On 17 Nov 204, we were transformed into a joint-stock company through share-holding restructuring. On April 15, 2015, Tianzheng was listed on the NEEQ (National Equity Exchange Quotation). In May 2015, our registered capital increased to 70 mln yuan after issuance of 6.7 mln shares. In Dec 2016, our registered capital increased to 113 mln yuan after issuance of 43 mln shares. In May 2017, we were upgraded to Innovation Tire in NEEQ. Shenwan Hongyuan Securities undertakes our share transfer related work on behalf of Tianzheng in NEEQ. We have one wholly-owned subsidiary, two holding subsidiaries, and one joint-stock company with non-controlling interest.
